If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right with you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, concerns, or complaints (or a 'good job!' sometimes is nice, too!) about your order or for returns/exchanges. Within 15 days from the day you made your original purchase, you can return or exchange your items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipment must be postmarked within 15 days of the day you purchased the item.
If the item is defective, damaged, or the order was fulfilled incorrectly, Terrapin will provide a prepaid return label to return the merchandise to us at no charge to you and will ship the correct/unbroken item to you at no additional charge. If you are requesting a full refund for any other reason than stated above, customer can pay to return the package to Terrapin OR use a prepaid label provided by Terrapin and $10 will be deducted from the value of your refund.
Once the item has been received and inspected, the replacement item or refund will be issued as discussed between Terrapin and the customer. No additional shipping charges will be due to ship exchanged item(s).
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (unless you find it to be defective). Misuse or abuse of the product does not constitute it being 'defective'.
Terrapin Beer Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If a package is lost in the mail, we will assist you in making a claim with the carrier and replacing the items as soon as possible. Terrapin Beer Co. is not responsible for stolen packages.
Options for Exchanges:
- Purchase New Item- Refund Original Purchase (recommended for fastest turnaround): Place a new order for a new item. Using your own postage, you can return the item you want to exchange to Terrapin and we will refund your purchase price to the original form of payment upon receipt. Alternately, Terrapin can provide a return label and will deduct $10 from the refund due.
- Exchange- Using your own postage, you can return the item you want to exchange to Terrapin and we will send out the new item upon receipt. No additional payment or refund is required.
